「We love the place and our stay was fantastic. Second year staying here and the addition of central air was very nice!」

「We loved our stay here. The studio was well appointed and kitchen well equipped. Great shower and comfortable bed! Very private. Enjoyed a few meals on the patio with a lovely flower garden. The location is perfect for walks into the town or beach. Only a half away from Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.」

「Loved our stay. Convenient to everything! Host’s were great.」

「Peaceful country setting. Very nice, quiet, clean little place to put your head down for the night.」

「This was our second time at this property. The location is excellent.」

「Best location in Leland. The apartment had lots of space. We would definitely go back!」

「The most important detail to review is that this apartment is in the basement of a house currently being lived in by the host. The ad does not represent that. Therefore, the hot tub is on the deck of the house he and his family habitate and the pool is not private either, and was closed at 9pm.We didn’t use either pool or hot tub for the reasons of perceived lack of privacy and the timeliness of their availability. The house is nice and is surrounded by hilly land with beautiful woods, but you’re...

「The host and hostess were the best; they took wonderful care of my needs. My only concern was coming "home" after dark; i had a little trouble seeing in the partial dark. But I was told ( not by my hosts) that Northport has a request to keep the light level low. The property was not as I expected, but it was perfect for me; I loved it and appreciated the facilities, the host and hostess, the location. Thank you to my hostess and host for a very wonderful experience.」

「This is a second story apartment. It was so cute and cabin feeling. My family of 5 fit very comfortably and felt right at home. Host was so responsive and kind. Would highly recommend this to anyone small family visiting Sutton's Bay!!!」

「Rooms was very clean and bed was comfortable」

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very nice: clean, plenty of space. I would suggest to provide a few more basics like trash bags (only had 2), paper products like tissue and paper towel, and napkins. Great location.」

「A stylish and fresh accommodation with modern interior design, very comfortable beds, and an excellent location. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back!」

「Our second visit! Everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. Clean, quiet, fantastic location with a view of the marina, and steps away from all the downtown has to offer. Coffee on our private deck in the evening was a plus. Would love to stay there again.」

「Absolutely loved my stay here! The property was well maintained, clean, and an easy walk to downtown Fishtown. I’d definitely stay here again and it made our trip all the more special. The smallest little item I’d recommend the owners keep on hand is more blankets, but again, not a huge issue at all since we stayed in the summer. This place was super cozy and we loved it either way!」

「Good place with easy access to Sutton or down to traverse downtown. Spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids.」

「We had an amazing experience! It was the perfect place to use as our home base as we explored Sleeping Bear Dunes National Seashore. We fell in love with the quaint little shops on Front Street in Empire, which were just a short walk away from the property. And oh, that private beach... stunning! I'll always remember sitting on the perfectly clean shore, with a glowing campfire, enjoying a glass of Michigan wine, while watching the pristine waters of Lake Michigan gently lapping on the sand...

「Great place and location」

「The place was just like in the pictures.」
