Great location great house great service

A very comfortable house with full privacy and a great view on the beautiful west coast, perfectly located in between the two most beautiful beaches of the island. The team managing the house is very friendly and very responsive whatever the request.

Magical hideaway

The villa was lovely, quiet, comfortable, and private. The view was breathtaking, with a delightful garden and beautiful pool, but cold still in mid May . It was an oasis in a stressful noisy world. We stayed 17 nights but weren’t ready to go home.

A peaceful escape with breathtaking views – highly recommended!

My family and I — six of us in total — had a wonderful stay at Villa Mirtes. When we arrived, Fanni was there to welcome us with warmth and kindness, and to our surprise, a small gift package had been prepared for us. Communication with Fanni was excellent, even though we didn’t need much during our stay. The villa is extremely well-equipped — we found everything we needed, whether in the kitchen or any other part of the house. Its location is truly breathtaking: the view was stunning, and being surrounded by lush greenery in the heart of nature was incredibly calming. We especially enjoyed the nights, as there was no light pollution — we could admire the stars in peace. The sea view from the bedroom is something we’ll truly miss. We stayed for 7 nights, but honestly, we should have booked double that to fully enjoy it. Thank you for everything, Fanni and Lefkada Holiday Rental!

Paradise!

Villa Mirtes was total paradise. The view is incredible, it is blissfully quiet, and the house is gorgeous. You feel like you are in a dream. Excellent location 10-20 minutes from Porto Katsiki, Egremni Beach, and about a 10 minute drive to the charming village of Athani. Some of our favorite restaurants were in Athani. Anna and Melanie and the entire team at Lefkada Rentals were fantastic-they gave us a very warm welcome when we checked in, and fantastic recommendations about restaurants and beaches on Lefkada. All of their recommendations were spot on. They even booked us at Rachi twice because we loved the restaurant so much we wanted to go back! Excellent customer service. We will definitely be coming back!

Super Villa but room for improvement

Beautiful villa located in a secluded spot with incredible (sunset) views across the Ionian Sea. Unfortunately, as wonderful as the villa is, the overall maintenance was not commensurate with the standard expected of a villa at this level. From the fact that there was only a single fine wine glass (the others being small with thick glass some of which were some chipped), to faulty electronics (hob and snackwich machine), a soiled roasting pan in the oven, an infinity pool with a filter that only worked a couple of days on the trot to having get to ask for the grass to be cut because it was so overgrown. Furthermore, the exterior furniture in the photos did not reflect what was actually there. We also had no broadband for a few days, but I believe that was an issue with the service provider. All these things are minor issues that could easily be addressed, but frankly when you are paying this type of money for 2 weeks, one should not have to experience this. I will say however, that Lefkada Rentals and the owner was very attentive when we had needed help and could not have been more pleasant to deal with. If you get your maintenance right, you will have a incredible property worth of the rates you are charging and which I would then highly recommend.
