"Air Cooling System as advertised on the Accor website wasn’t working for the entire building, maintenance didn’t come to fix it, entire night spent awake and sweating. Hotels.com have repeatedly tried to contact the hotel to no avail thus far regarding compensation. I got zero sleep on my second night and got a headache due to dehydration. Front desk informed me to at the hotel manager wasn’t coming in till 10am the next day a note was left at the front desk regarding my room and stay, hotels.com have been unable to contact them by phone thus far. I want my money back!!!! DO NOT BOOK"

"A well-located small hotel right off the Boulevard St. Michel, a block from the Sorbonne and several streets walk from the Seine, providing a great view of Notre Dame. The hotel has several floors, and they were kind enough to give me a better room on my 2nd day. The reception area is tiny, with one clerk, all of whom were kind and spoke English, though they complimented me on my French, which I prefer to use. They have a small restaurant that I didn't use and a downstairs recording studio to play music, I guess. There are books throughout and in each room, but I wasn't in Paris to read. It is only two blocks walk from the Luxembourg RER station, making it very accessible to get to the airport. Be warned that my train only stopped at Terminal 1, though it was supposed to go to Terminal 2, causing a bit of chaos. The hotel is somewhat high priced for the facility, but the one next door charged twice as much, so perhaps this is Paris today (NYC was even more expensive, I learned). So, all in all a nothing special hotel, with easy access to attractions, as the area is a tourist spot in itself. And you're in Paris to get about, not to loll in bed all day."

"This location was great. Easily walkable to eiffel tower, shops, dining and anything else you might need. Rooms are a bit small but I feel like thats all rooms in Paris."

"We had a great stay at the hotel It’s located on a great street . It’s walkable to everywhere but not too touristy. The rooms were very small and the hotel is small . But the helpfulness of the staff made up for it I found all the staff to be helpful and kind We really enjoyed the street location"

"We had a lovely stay at Les Jardins! Property is very clean and well-maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s in an excellent neighborhood within walking distance of lots of great cafes, restaurants, and boulangeries/pattisseries. We had breakfast at the hotel just once, but it was a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, yogurt, bread, pastries, etc. if you like a big breakfast, this place is for you!"
