Discover this elegant 210m² contemporary villa with breathtaking views over the Arcachon basin, just 100 metres from the Port de la Vigne and its restaurants. Just a two-minute walk from the beach and cycle path, this villa invites you to take full advantage of the activities on offer, including fishing, paddling, running, cycling, surfing, sailing, jet skiing, diving and much more.



The villa, set in 1,000 m² of grounds, has a bright, modern architecture. It features a kitchen with a central island, opening onto the living room with its fireplace, and an outdoor terrace with slatted floor, equipped with a full kitchen and a plancha, allowing you to enjoy your meals al fresco in an enchanting setting.



Inside, you'll find a kitchen with a central island, opening onto the living room with its fireplace, three suites with hotel-quality bedding, an air-conditioned dormitory for comfortable nights, and an annex separate from the main house with a bedroom, bathroom and toilet.



There is a tennis court just 100 metres from the house, where you can take lessons if you wish.



Parking spaces are available in front of the house. When you return from the beach, an outdoor shower with hot water is available to refresh you.



You will have access to the entire villa, including the annex.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

A deposit will be required by the concierge on arrival.

Haus super, geschmackvoll, hervorragende Ausstattung, die nichts zu wünschen übrig läßt, allerdings Betten nicht überzogen und mit Extragebühr, sollte inkludiert sein, Abflüsse der Duschen sehr schlecht, teils verstopft , Wifi mäßig bis schlecht. Praktisch wäre auch kleine Info Mappe. Sonst alles bestens
