We welcome you to this homely 3 bedroom home nestled in the heart of Kibworth Harcourt. This charming property offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and countryside tranquility.

This spacious 3-bedroom house provides ample space for those working away from home, families or groups of friends.

This home comfortably hosts up to 6 guests. Long stays are welcome.

The Space:
Our inviting living area is the perfect space to relax, featuring a comfortable 3-4 seater sofa and a large 65” smart TV with Netflix included, so you can unwind with your favorite shows and movies. The property offers three cozy bedrooms: Bedroom 1 boasts a double bed and a clothes rail for your convenience, Bedroom 2 features a double bed and a spacious double wardrobe, and Bedroom 3 comes with a single bed and a clothes rail. Additionally, the home includes a separate family bathroom with a bath shower, ensuring a refreshing and convenient experience for everyone.

This property is designed to provide maximum convenience and comfort. Enjoy the ease of free private and on-street parking, as well as a separate bathroom for each bedroom, offering privacy for all guests. With 24/7 self check-in, you can arrive at your leisure. Stay connected with free WiFi, and rest easy with all bed linen and towels provided. For added convenience, we also offer a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, and cookware, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay. Dine comfortably at the dining table with chairs, and for entertainment, relax in front of the large 65” Smart TV with Netflix included. An iron and ironing board are also available for your convenience.

Guest Access:
When you arrive at the property, there is a driveway to park up to two vehicles one in front of the other to the left of the house. Additional free parking is available on street.

Once parked, you will see two lock boxes on the side of the property by the gate. The keys are in the left-hand side lock box. Please use the code sent in the check in message / email to open the key safe.

Kibworth Harcourt is easily accessible by car, with the A6 nearby, connecting you to both Leicester (a 20-minute drive) and Market Harborough (a 15-minute drive). The M1 is also within reach, offering routes to major cities such as Nottingham and London.

The nearest train station is Market Harborough, just a 15-minute drive away. From there, you can catch direct trains to Leicester, London St Pancras (just over an hour), and other major destinations.

Local bus services operate regularly, with stops close to the property. The X3 route connects Kibworth to Leicester and Market Harborough, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas without needing a car.

Kibworth Harcourt is a quaint village perfect for exploring on foot. You can enjoy scenic walks around the local area, including visits to nearby parks and local amenities.

For those who enjoy cycling, the village and surrounding countryside offer pleasant cycling routes. The nearby Brampton Valley Way offers a picturesque path for cyclists, stretching from Market Harborough to Northampton.
