Our weekend stay in Leinbach in Rosenchalet

Excellent property, clean, good beds and bathrooms and kitchen. Location close to Wurzburg. Could not be better, Thanks Oliver for this excellent experience!

It was our intention to explore Bavaria, and open the door to Europe for our adult children. This was the perfect location! And this property fit all of our needs. Leinach is a beautiful community just outside Wurzburg. Surrounded by beautiful fields of grains and Sunflowers. Quiet, Peaceful, and Calming…the only real sounds are of birds and church bells. With easy access to all of the communities we wanted to explore.As for the property, we couldn’t have asked for more…a spacious house, with all of the necessities…a well appointed kitchen, which is always our central gathering place. Big Beautiful Bathrooms, and Bedrooms….and 2 outdoor spaces, a patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee, as well as a beautiful courtyard to enjoy an evening meal.Oliver kept in touch throughout our stay, via email…and made sure we had what we needed.Mission Accomplished, a wonderful experience had by all…and we couldn’t have done it without the Rosenchalet!

Wunderschöne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und schön eingerichtet, es war sehr sauber und alles wie auf den Bildern! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es uns gut gehen lassen im Rosenchalet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnungsübergabe erfolgte problemlos und nett. Jederzeit wieder!

Eine traumhafte Woche

So wie der Zufall es wollte, passte es in dieser Woche alles: eine sonnige warme Woche, die aber nicht heiß war, ein großzügiges Haus und die grünen Hügel. Rosenchalet hatte alles dabei, um sowohl den Großen, als auch den Kleinen eine erholsame Zeit zu geben. Bequeme Zimmer, unglaublich viel Platz und die Bäder mit riesigen Badewannen und Regenduschen haben nachhaltig tollen Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Sauna und Kamin waren bei uns gut in Nutzung trotz sonnigen Tagen und es hat Spaß gemacht! Übergroße Fernseher und das gemütliche Wohnzimmer hatten zur Erholung ebenso beigetragen. Eine angenehme Überraschung war ein kleiner grüner Vorgarten, den wir auf den Fotos nicht gesehen haben - perfekt zum Frühstücken. Ebenso gut geklappt hat es mit der Hausübergabe. Kleine nette Überraschungen waren dabei, viel Freundlichkeit und auf alle unsere Extrawünsche wurde eingegangen. Kurzum - es war eine wunderbare Woche für uns, die zu kurz erschien. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus mit hochwertiger Einrichtung in schöner Gegend. Alles da, was man braucht. Super Restaurants in der Umgebung, aber nicht vor Ort. Schöne Radtouren in hügeliger Umgebung möglich.

Luxuriöses Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Modern eingerichtetes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Tolle Badezimmer. Riesiges Schlafzimmer im EG, zwei kleinere Schlafzimmer im OG. Sehr gute Betten. Der Innenhof ist sehr hübsch und perfekt zum Grillen und Essen; zusätzlich schöne Terrasse mit kleinem Garten auf der anderen Seite des Hauses. Großer Edeka mit dem Auto in weniger als zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Die Umgebung bietet bekanntermaßen viel; überrascht haben uns die tollen Wanderwege, die unweit vom Haus beginnen. Last not least: Herr Granicky ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Vermieter.

Alles gut. Die technische Ausstattung der Hauses mit TV, modernem Herd, Kaffeeautomat, elektronischen Fensterläden, gutem Essbesteck, auch für den Hund, etc. war wirklich gut.

Traumhafte Luxusferienwohnung

Wir bedanken uns bei Herrn Granicky für den unvergesslich schönen Aufenthalt in seinem Rosenchalet. Wir haben schon viele Ferienwohnungen gesehen, aber diese ist wirklich einzigartig ! Das Rosenchalet ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, verfügt über eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche, alles ist nagelneu und super sauber ! Die Betten sind ein Traum ! Die Beleuchtung im ganzen Haus ist einzigartig schön. Herr Granicky ist der beste Vermieter, den man sich wünschen kann, er war jederzeit sofort erreichbar und hat uns sogar noch in letzter Minute zu einem himmlischen Catering zu Silvester verholfen. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Rosenchalet macht seinem Namen alle Ehre. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

High end Location. Haus der Superlative, hier passt alles

Das Haus ist absolut luxuriös und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist unschlagbar, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und überlegen schon einen Anlass für den nächsten Aufenthalt.
