There is a lovely place to sit outside with amazing views. Hay-on-Wye is literally an 8 minute drive away and lives up to its name of a bookish town. One of our favourite get always and I can’t recommend enough!”

“This is a delightful well equipped property which proved cosy and comfortable , much needed in a week of poor weather. The upstairs bedroom is far superior to the downstairs, as is the upstairs bathroom but twin beds don’t suit, and we weren’t sure if they were zip and link It would be really great if they were! We appreciated decent number of dishwasher and laundry tablets, provisions for the dog, and a quirky welcome pack. Thank you.”

“Bijzonder gezellig huis in Shropshire. De foto’s op de website geven een reëel beeld van hoe het is. Het huis is ruim en met veel zorg en smaak ingericht. Uitstekende bedden, we hebben er heerlijk geslapen. Shropshire is een prachtige en rustige streek, ideaal als je van wandelen houdt. Wij hebben hier twee heel fijne weken gehad!”

“The barn conversion is set in stunning Shropshire scenery. When we arrived we received a warm welcome from the owner. The property is warm and comfortable with many original features. There was plenty of room for the 11 family members in our group - lots of comfy armchairs, and pretty bedlinen on all the beds. The kitchen was slightly small for so large a group but we managed without a problem. There is a large Sainsbury's store within easy reach and we found plenty to do.”

“Lovely house just VERY COLD!!!! Wasn’t told about the heating been on 2 separate thermostats. House was cold at night and some people left to go home and get warm. Location was fantastic, house was beautiful. Only downfall was the cold heating, log fire was blocked in chimney and WiFi was very temperamental”

“We stayed here for my husbands 'big' birthday. Wonderful location and beautiful barn. The pooches didnt want to leave! Perfect for coming together with loved ones. Fabulous walks and perfect for chilling on the decking listening to birds and watching wildlife. Barn is well equipped, spacious, lovely fireplace and host very welcoming and helpful.”
