「Sehr freundlich Personal, toller Service.」

「Een mooi net hotel. Fijne kamer met een lekkere douche. Goed ontbijt. Alleen was er al veel op, toen ik om 9 uur ging ontbijten.」

「As we arrived/departed outside business hours, we did not see the personal, but their communication via Expedia chat was very friendly and polite. They also upgraded our room to Superior one for free, which was a pleasant surprise. 「They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay. Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping. Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices.」

「離車站及景點非常近，住宿環境很好」
