Our cozy 3 room apartment of 65 m2 is located on the top floor and in a perfect location on Karl-Heine Straße.

The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom (with bath), 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. In the living room there is a dining area and a TV. Internet (WLAN) are available free of charge.

The neighborhood

In the immediate vicinity of Karl-Heine Strasse, which offers something for your physical well-being during the day or in the evening. You are also welcome to visit our Karl-Heine Canal.

The Karl-Heine Canal is a 3.3 km long artificial watercourse in the west of the city of Leipzig, which connects the Lindenau harbor with the White Elster. It is spanned by 15 bridges and can be navigated by small boats. The canal is a Leipzig cultural monument as a monumental entity “canal, bank fortifications and bridges”.
