“The location was good, the premises were clean and comfortable. The apartment could use few small simple and actually inconsequential add ons like a decent bread knife and a couple of wine glasses. We really enjoyed our stay! A great seafood restaurant a short walk away on the beach!”

“Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again.”

“Pretty villa, very clean and well stocked kitchen for cooks. Good location as less than an hour from sights and walks in the national parks, host was helpful and friendly. Potted plants and furnishings gave the villa a cosy vibe”

“Such a fun town. Kevin was great with communication prior to check in. Only drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't working and that wasn't disclosed to us until checkin, hense the 3* on description. Nicola, the property mgr. was great to accommodate with fans. Location was wonderful, quiet neighborhood, close to large grocery store and an easy 10 minute walk to the boardwalk with restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Bonjour, manque de lumière dans les salles de bains et évier cuisine. Piscine sans échelle (il y en a une mais HS), merci de penser aux personnes avec un léger handicap pour remonter, épuisette sans filet (pas pratique pour récupérer les insectes au fond). Impossible d'avoir la télé en Français. Aucune notices (visites, commerces...etc) en français. Si vous ne parlez pas anglais, bon courage....Sinon tout est bien.”

“Nous avez passé un très bon séjour, le logement est propre et bien situé. La personne qui nous a accueilli est adorable. Tout est à proximité que ce soit la plage, supermarché, boutique. Je recommande à 100%.”

“La villa est parfaite, le propriétaire gentil accueillant et à l'écoute. En revanche, je trouve inadmissible qu'Abritel refuse de me fournir une facture totale de ce que nous avons payé pour le séjour. Ils ne fournissent que la facture des frais. Or j'ai bien réglé la totalité du séjour à Abritel et non au propriétaire. Il n'incombe donc pas à ce dernier de me fournir une facture. C'était ma première et dernière réservation via cette plateforme malhonnête.”

“The apartment was tiny but great location to beach & restaurants. Paula was great communicating all the instructions to us. It was very hot when we were there in Oct, some fans would of been nice. Hear neighours chatting all night long due to close proximity of all the apartments.”

“What a tranquil and neat little place! We loved it! Someone mentioned a train going by. That train has three carts and passes by within 2 seconds. It starts around 7am, about every hours, and ends at 9pm, so not a bother at all. The host was very responsive and helpful, so was the neighbor who takes care of the place. We had a nice week with lots of trips within the area of Nazare. We highly recommend this place for a couple. Thanks Ilda and Isabel. :-)”

“Je suis très très déçue du service de VRBO, suite à mon changement (12 février 2024) de durée de mon séjour (reste 4 jours du 5 au 9 mars 2024 au lieu de 6 jours tel qu’initialement du 5 au 11 mars 2024). L'hôte a accepté le changement le même jour, mas VRBO n'a pas effectué le changement jusqu'à ce jour. Je n'ai donc pas été remboursé pour les 2 jours payés d'avance (132,06 $CA). J'ai fait de multiples communications avec VRBO et un agent, Nicolas, m’a finalement appelé, et ce, suite à un……

“Nous avons passé un 10 jours parfait à Salir de Porto. La maison est très belle et propre et très bien équipée. La piscine était un gros plus pour les enfants et même si nous étions début avril le fait qu'elle soit chauffée nous permettait de se baigner toute la journée. La plage de Salir de Porto est magnifique et le coin sécuritaire et sympathique. Petit parc pour enfant et épicerie à 5-10 minutes de marche. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter!”
