Lembang Spa Hotel

"It was great, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , and comfortable . But for the breakfast, I’d just say it was just OK. the selections for traditional food could be have more selections . For the price it was worth every penny. Overall I’d give this hotel 9.5 out of 10. And I will comeback in the future, highly recommended to everyone who want to visit Bandung. Thank you for the great hospitality, keep up the good work"

"My room was out of electricity . After complaining to the reception counter , it took 30 minutes for the maintenance guy to come over my room to fix it."

"saya bayar bayar ke hotels.com Rp1.439.100,00 untuk 3 org dan fasilitas 3 org termasuk sarapan untuk 3 org... ternyata data yang tersimpan di komputer hotel hanya Rp1.145.000,00 dengan kode booking yang berbeda walau data nama sama.... ternyata yang pesan expidia bukan hotels.com.... KECEWA......."

"The Resort is ralaxing but the massage is disappointing as most of us could not book it as only 2 messuers were on board. Food took them almost an hour to cook. Rooms are clean and have nice view."
