“The house and property are a gem. If you are looking for a place away from it all with just the sound of rushing water this is the place. Sitting on the back porch to start and finish our day was special. House is well equipped and owner was great. ”

“The location was perfect, close to Three Rivers restaurants and it was less than a 10 minute drive to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. There was some great bird watching and beautiful views from the backyard and deck spaces. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. It was spacious and enjoyable for our group of 6 people ranging from 8-75 years old!”

“The cottage is a very comfortable place to stay, and we were sorry when our 4 days there came to a close. Communication with the property owners is probably the best I have ever experienced. The location is quite stunning in terms of its natural setting. The drive to the market in town is not that bad.You'll see plenty of turkeys quail, and elk in the neighborhood, not to mention downey woodpeckers all over the place. And supposedly it can get more exotic than that, though we never personally……

“Great location, balcony is excellent for wildlife spotting, we loved Three Rivers town. 45 minute drive to see the giant forest on a winding mountain road! Good WiFi, during our stay the weather was very hot, the sun hits the balcony at about 11:00am. Well stocked but buy your groceries at Visalia, definitely try the frozen yogurt in the town and Keweah coffee roasters and the town museum. The games are in the double garage, enjoyed ping pong and the old video games. ”

“If you are going to SNP then this spot in Three Rivers is perfect. The property is wonderful, was well supplied and had a great porch. Easy drive to the park and the town has a few spots by the river that were great for all meals. Robin, the host, is wonderful to deal with and is very easy to communicate with before and during the stay. TV and WIFI were great. If you are into birds, sitting on the porch we identified around 25 birds that we had not seen in the east. Highly recommend.”

“Very nice host. The place is very cozy and nostalgic. Close to Sequoia park entrance. Once entered the mountain area, my carrier is T-Mobil and there is no signal at all in Three Rivers. host offers wifi, but WiFi won’t be able to support video streaming online. There are board games and many books for guests to kill the time. The WiFi module makes some noise and if it truly bothers, you can unplug it before bed. Overall great experience! ”

“Darling property. Cute front porch, and great backyard! Made it easy to enjoy the lovely weather during our downtime from family activities. The home is confortable, cute, and clean. Close to amenities, restaurants, and easily walkable to the downtown area. Kitchen was set up well and made it easy to cook a few meals while we were there. Having a washer/dryer onsite was a plus! Overall, we really enjoyed our time at this property. Thank you!!”
