“I believe this was the cleanest place I have ever stayed at before. Wooden floors throughout you can walk barefoot and not even feel dust under your feet. The house had so much character, it was very comfortable to stay in. The only thing I didnt realize when booking the place was the location. By the pictures it looked like it was located on a back county road but its actually located on a pretty busy road with houses all around it. I will say the location was ideal for us even being located in……

“This was my second time at this cottage and hope to stay again. It rained the whole time! But, with such a cozy place to read and relax, listen to the rain and enjoy the ambiance it was lovely. I walked for a nice dinner at the Hideaway. I walked to Mt Gretna Mercantile for a few treats and always enjoy chatting with the sweet owners. I had an incredible lunch at Porch and Pantry. All without getting in my car. I highly recommend!”

“We decided to book this as our children had a basketball tournament at Spookynook. We had a total of 15 people staying Friday -Sunday and we couldn't have asked for a better setup. Plenty of room and the amenities were top-notch. The boys appreciated being able to use the hot tub after a day of playing several games. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This is a modernized wing of the house. It had a fascinating old stove/oven and some beam construction upstairs. We were visiting friends in the area and needed a place to stay. The is a quiet, wonderful place on a farm. The host Grant was attentive and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. I appreciated the upstairs hand-held shower head. We loved the full sized refrigerator that made our haul from Shady Maple Market easy to store. The first floor is accessible to those with problems……

“We had blessed time celebrating Christmas in our Amish hideaway. The host are very friendly and informative. We had 13 of us and we all had our own space. Our only complaint might be, a lack of griddle. Otherwise well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable stay!”

“My partner and I stayed here for an early Valentine’s Day getaway. The pictures really don’t do the home justice, it is simply gorgeous & modern looking in person. The backyard was super spacious. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub but unfortunately didn’t have enough time to try the fire pit. Inside was clean and had a lot of bonus amenities some of our other trips elsewhere didn’t have. We appreciated the basket of snacks laid out for us at arrival. We enjoyed having the beautifully decorated……
