“On arrival, check in took about 15 minutes, not sure why as I had prebooked. 2 police cars and several officers arrived during this time. I eventually made it to my room, which was a good size with nothing but a bed, TV stand and AC unit. The floor was sticky and my TV remote didn’t work. There was only 1 battery so I went to reception to get more batteries. I was still unable to change TV channels so went to reception again and was told their TVs were tricky and was given another remote. This……
