Inside, the spacious studio is thoughtfully distributed, offering comfort in every corner. Rest peacefully on a queen-size bed with four soft pillows, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The kitchen comes with everything you need: microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker with complimentary Nicaraguan coffee, cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper, and wine glasses for relaxing evenings. These essentials are provided as a courtesy for your convenience.

Dedicated Workspace
Remote workers and digital nomads will love the exclusive-use desk area, featuring a glass table, ergonomic chair, good lighting, nearby outlet, and reliable WiFi—all designed for productivity and comfort.

Trash is collected:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9:00 a.m.

Tuesday, Thursday at 5:00 a.m.
At these times, my cousin or assistant may briefly access the kiosk area to remove the bins. If you hear movement, no worries—it’s just part of our routine.

Easy Self Check-in
You'll receive the lockbox code before arrival. Enter through the front gate, enjoy the garden and gazebo, and head upstairs to your private studio. A Welcome Book with full details will be sent to make everything seamless.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: After 2:00 p.m.

Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m.
Need a late check-out? Let us know—extra time may be available for a fee, but unnotified late check-out incurs a $25 charge.
