Fijn appartement met tuin

We hadden een goed verblijf Een wat verouderd golfcomplex met veel appartementen. Wij waren zowat de enige bewoners, daar we er verbleven van december t/m februari. Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig en werkten goed. Het mooiste pluspunt was de tuin met de hele dag zon. Het strand was goed bereikbaar.

Estancia muy buena

Estuvimos muy bien y cómodos como en casa, el dueño está siempre pendiente y te soluciona todo súper rápido! No está muy cerca de la playa pero la ubicación es perfecta si quieres tranquilidad, bosque y playa, la casa tiene un salón muy amplio por lo que no agobia y la terraza que tiene es maravillosa, nosotros hacíamos todas las comidas fuera y estuvimos súper a gusto! Lo recomiendo 100% estoy encantada.

Nachdem wir 3 Stunden und 25 Minuten auf den Vermieter zwecks Schlüsselübergabe gewartet haben, waren wir entsetzt. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung stimmen zum größten Teil nicht mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Defekte Betten (Doppelbett mit einer Achterbahnfahrt vergleichbar), nur 2 Messer, div, Geschirr kaputt, Geschirrspüler defekt, keine Zentralheizung, Klimaanlage und Mini-Standheizung können bei den nächtlichen Aussentemparaturen die Wohnung nur auf 16 Grad heizen. Bettwäsche erst auf Nachfrage, Waschmaschine nur ein Programm sonst defekt, Auf Nachfrage wurde die Wohnung am zweiten Tag oberflächlich gereinigt. Schöne Terrasse mit leider verschimmelten Möbeln, Kissen Schimmlich, Hollywoodschaukel total durchgesessen und nicht benutzbar. Wir haben von den 16 Tagen nur 8 Tage dort gewohnt, da diese Wohnung dringend von den Vermietern instandgesetzt werden muss und die Anzeige überarbeitet werden sollte. Auf eine Anfrage an den Vermieter zwecks Kostenübernahme des Ausweichquartiers, haben wir natürlich keine Antwort erhalten.

Un enorme placer

La casa está estupenda y es tal y como se ve en las fotos. No es una casa preparada para turistas, sino que está preparada para vivir, lo que hace que la estancia sea mucho más fácil y agradable. Y lo del patio y la zona chill es un lujo. Para comer, descansar, desconectar... Por las noches, lo de poder oír el silencio no tiene precio. Y el trato con Javier, el dueño, ha sido muy fácil y fluido desde el principio. La verdad es que no tengo nada que objetar de la casa, solo ganas de volver.

+++ La terrasse, le cadre. ++ Les équipements comme indiqués et avec Fibre (Netflix, Amazon ...), Canal Sat, Wifi + La proximité des plages. -- L'assise des canapés. -- Très peu de couverts. -- La communication avec le propriétaire : à l'arrivée, pas la bonne adresse. Au départ, attendus 3/4 d'heure pour rien ! -- Les plages pas entretenues, uniquement des restos en bord de mer (pas d'activités). --- Les mouches, les odeurs des élevages.

Es un apartamento tranquilo y muy cómodo. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Está cuidado y muy completo. Disponer de wifi está muy bien, aunque hay problemas de conexión para algunos canales de TV. El apartamento es tal y como se describe en el anuncio. Javier y Lola son muy amables y accesibles. Estuvieron pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo.

Schöner Langzeiturlaub in La Antilla

Wir waren von Dezember 2018 bis März 2019 in La Antilla in der Ferienwohnung Objektnr.: 6857991 Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden !!! Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr große Terrasse und die Sonne scheint schon zum Frühstück bis zum Abendessen auf die Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet es ist alles da was man braucht. Klimaanlage,Geschirrspülmaschine,Toaster,Kühlschrank,Gefrierkombination, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine,DVD,TV auch mit Deutschen Programmen, zwei Fahrräder,Grill,und so weiter. Die Tiefgarage liegt direkt unter der Wohnung und mann kommt mit dem Aufzug nach oben. Der Swimming Pool ist genau gegenüber von der Wohnung ca.15 meter . Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer ,Küche,Abstellraum,zwei Schlafzimmer,und ein Bad mit Badewanne WC,BD. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung!!! Vielen Dank an den Vermieter für die schöne Zeit.

Un appartement conforme à la description. Des propriétaires joignables facilement.Avons profité du jardin et du soleil. Un grand plaisir de nourrir ( si on veux ) les pies ibériques qui sont magnifiques. En ville on trouve facilement tout ce que l'on a besoin. Je recommande le petit marché aux poissons et à la viande ( un porc ibérique extraordinaire).de LEPE à coté de l'église. Merci à nos hôtes Lola Fenoll y Javier L. Wert
