Gio's house, sea view, in the village of La Serra di Lerici

Gio's house is located in the small village of La Serra 2.5km from Lerici, 7km from La Spezia, 7km from Montemarcello and 6km from the historic center of Sarzana. The parking for cars is located, but not easily, along the SP28 road that runs along the town and is about 200m from the apartment.
Within 200m there is a bar, a minimarket, a newsagent and a small play area for children overlooking the sea.

The house has a kitchen with fridge, sink and hob. A bathroom with shower, sitting room with table and a room with double bed. From the two windows you can observe the sea.

In the historic center of the village, walking is allowed. You can reach the nearby beaches with your own or public transport, the bus stop is located 200m from the house.

For those who love walking, it is possible to reach the beach of Fiascherino in about 15 minutes on foot via a concrete road (on Maps via tanca - “sp26”) which descends towards the sea which leads to La Lama. You will find near a house with the privately owned sign the staircase on the left that leads to a short path. Go down (do not go straight) along a stone staircase first and then the paved road, which leads to Fiascherino. It is possible to continue the asphalted road up to Tellaro.
