Welcome to our beautiful house in Les Arcs. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Located 20 min from Frejus beach and 25 min to Ste Maxime, surrounded by Saint-Roseline's famous vineyards (10 min walk to wine tasting). Excellent bike paths and forest walks starting from house.

The property features a large heated pool with full privacy and spectacular views. Pool heating to 26 C is included (June-Sept). The house has a charming interior (200m2 airconditioned) on three floors with four bedrooms, two kitchens and two balconies and large open space by the pool with table tennis, dart, BBQ etc. First floor renovated in 2022. Gym (and music) equipment and 4 bicycles available.

TGV 10 min drive. Nice airport 45 min.

This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.
The fourth bedroom contains two seperate beds.

There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath tub with shower.
The next bathroom has a two sinks and a walk-in shower. Toilet separate.
The third bathroom has a sink and a walk-in shower. Toilet separate.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.

- There are free parking facilities available at the property for several cars.
