The apartment is located close to the shops of the Bruyères district and very close to the Croisette district.
The apartment has been laid bare for a complete renovation from floor to ceiling, the window frames have been changed for perfect insulation.
It has been furnished with beautiful materials and decorated with care.
It consists of two closed bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a living room with a magnificent view of the ski area and a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an induction hob ...
The residence is equipped with a ski room which allows you to put on shoes when you leave the building.

Appartement très fonctionnel et très confortable pour 4 personnes. Très bien situé également dans le quartier des bruyères (piscine et luge sur rail) et à 15min à pied du quartier la croisette.

Excellent séjour, appartement super bien agencé pour quatre. Famille avec deux petites filles 13 et 10, on a apprécié le calme en cette saison ou tout était encore fermé. Un super coin pour se ressourcer. Logement perfect a tout point de vue. Au plaisir de revenir.

We loved it so much.. we’ve just booked again for 2025!

Having been to Les Menuires 3 times, the previous 2 we stayed in a main chain up in Reberty, but this stay was by far the best. Location Without doubt the easiest ski in/out we’ve had. You finish just off a main slope (green slope) where you can get right to the door of the ski locker room where you can leave the skis. Then a very short walk (20 steps or so) to your front door where you have a boot locker with a warmer. Perfect! You are then only a short walk (5 mins) to the main area where you have plenty of restaurants, shops and ski rental places. Even a local swimming pool. If you have kids who use the ski school, that’s located there as well. Apartment Whilst smaller than the 2 previous ones we’ve stayed in, this was by far the most homely and cosy. For us, having a room for the kids to sleep in and one for us is key, and this apartment had that. The beds were very comfy. KitchenHas everything you need. We cooked for 4 nights and didn’t struggle for utensils or anything else. Bathroom Very good shower with a decent water pressure and hot water instantly.

Petit mais très bien pensé!

Nous avons séjourné chez Rudy la semaine Noël. L'appartement bien que petit est très bien agencé. Chacun y trouve ça place et chaque chose également. Les casiers à ski au même niveau que l'appartement avec sortie direct sur les pistes permettent une manipulation minimale du matériel, les chaussures se trouvent juste dans le placard à côté de la porte de l'appartement, on peut donc les mettre directement le matin et au chaud avant même d'avoir mis manteau, casque, etc qu'on trouvent dans le placard juste à côté. Ainsi pas de matériel de ski dans l'appartement.L'appartement est très bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité. Point souvent important pour les filles ou ceux qui ont les cheveux longs, la douche est top (pression, jets propres qui coulent parfaitement et pas dans tous les sens, oui oui ce n'est pas toujours le cas...).L'appartement était très propre. Nos lits étaient faits à l'arrivée, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas lors d'une location de draps.Rudy et Alicia ont été très sympa, nous avons bien échangé avec eux. Ils nous ont même apporté une pelle après une grosse chute de neige pour déneiger notre voiture.Bref, ne vous arrêtez pas à la surface de cet appartement, sa situation proche des pistes et des commerces et surtout sons agencement et la qualité de ces prestations vous ferrons vite oublier les qq mètres carré qui pourraient manquer!Encore Merci à Rudy et Alicia pour leur accueil!

Perfect for skiing

Small appartement but equipped with everything you need. Perfect location and facilities for skiing. We enjoyed our week there. The description could be slightly adjusted: Cleaning has to be done at the end of the stay and whirlpool - the kitchen vent is from Whirlpool !?

Super séjour dans petit appartement très cozy

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement. Nous y avions déjà loger l'année passée. Etant donné que l'accès au piste est direct et qu'il y a un parking gratuit pour les voitures sont des atouts du logement. De plus, la cuisine est très bien équipée et l'appartement est aménagé de façon cozy et très agréable.

Quality ski in and out accommodation

Ski in and out from ski lockers 10 metres from the apartment door. Boot warmers in a cupboard just outside the apartment. Well equipped for preparing food, large fridge freezer, powerful microwave. Quiet bedrooms with comfortable beds. Powerful shower, separate toilet. Comfortable sofa and large tv. One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in for the price. 58 year old young skier, 28 year old son. Will book again if visiting the Three Valleys again, fifth visit to the area.

Perfectly located apartment on the slopes!

Perfectly located apartment right next to the slopes and only a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Excellent communication from Rudy, the owner. Will definitely stay again.

Un endroit parfaitement situé

L'appartement, très bien conçu, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé est idéalement situé dans la station, dans un "quartier" calme mais proche cependant de toutes commodités. Il offre un beau point de vue sur la pointe de la Masse (et permet de surveiller l'enneigement !). Il permet un départ ski au pied. Suite à problème de planning, le ménage n'avait pas été fait (d'où les 4 étoiles mais je pense qu'en général, c'est largement 5 étoiles) et le propriétaire, Rudy, très accueillant, s'est montré très soucieux de la propreté de son logement et arrangeant pour permettre un séjour des plus agréables !
