In the Roc de Peclet 1 residence, the apartment offers a magnificent view of the ski area and Caron.
The tracks start at the bottom of the residence, without walking or transport.
Ditto for the return, a track brings you to the foot of the residence.
The residence is located near the kindergarten and the ESF, 200 m from shops and restaurants.
The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2014: it's simple: everything is new.
Integrated kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, hob, toaster, kettle, nespresso machine, raclette machine, traditional coffee machine ...
Very neat decoration.
The retractable bunk bed 'corner' is separated from the living room by a sliding door.
WIFI: 3 possibilities: 1) The Val Thorens wifi passes through the apartment, you will need to register with the tourist office to obtain a weekly code (around 20 €). 2) If you have an SFR box, there is a hotspot that passes and which allows you to log in with your personal identifiers without going through the tourist office. 3) 4G goes into the apartment: the simplest and fastest way is to activate connection sharing on your 4G mobile phone and connect it to your computer or tablet.
CAPACITY: Apartment that can accommodate 2 adults + 2 children.
In the hallway, the beds are independent high-quality fold-away beds to free up the space of the hallway every day.
BEDDING: all the beds are very recent: 2 foldaway bunk beds 1m90 x 90cm in the sleeping area, 1 convertible sofa 1m90 x 1m40 of big brand in the living room.
Electric shutters for better thermal insulation and morning light. New carpentry (summer 2018)
The balcony is full SOUTH (see photo taken from the balcony!). Great view of the slopes.

We also own the apartments next door, reference 874715 (4 people) and 690223 (6 people) with the same finish if the period is already booked or if you are looking for a larger one.
We have been serious and known for several years on Abritel and in Val Thorens.
Arrival - Departure: Handing over of the keys by a concierge service which will carry out an inventory on the day of departure by appointment (cleaning must be done or then have it provided for in advance in the contract).
