Charming 28m² apartment in the heart of the 2 alpes resort, 300m from the slopes, ideal for your mountain holidays in winter and summer.
5 beds including 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 living room with double sofa bed, 1 sleeping area with a single bed, kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub and WC, 1 balcony facing North-East.
Ski locker + underground parking space.
Access to the ski slopes from the building. Apartment with disabled access standards.

Disabled standards apartment

Sheets rental: 12 Euros
Towel rental: 6 Euros
Breakage deposit: 500 Euros to be returned when the keys are returned (returned at the end of the stay)
Cleaning deposit: 81 Euros to be returned when the keys are returned (returned at the end of the stay if cleaning is carried out)
Tourist tax: 1.10 Euro / day / Person (upon handing over the keys)

Apparemment correct

Appartement suffisamment spacieux pour 5. Un peu vieillaud et mériterait d’être rénové. Place côté vallée blanche ce qui n’est pas le mieux sur cette station car le retour se fait via 2 télésièges.
