“Es war sehr schwierig, am Montag meine Schlüssel zu bekommen. Ich erhielt keinen Nummerncode für den Laden. Nach 40 Minuten bekam ich dann endlich einen, ging zurück zum Laden, aber leider war es der falsche. Der Mitarbeiter, mit dem ich online Kontakt hatte, riet mir, jemanden zu bitten, in die Wohnung zu kommen und mir die Schlüssel zu geben. Gegen 19 Uhr hatte ich die Schlüssel. Der Aufzug war außer Betrieb, ich war im 6. Stock. Und wieder waren es leider die falschen Schlüssel. Ich……
