“O hotel é uma verdadeira experiência. Spa e vistas incríveis, cortesia do Staff também. Benedict, Cassandre, Amelie, Alex e os demais foram muito simpáticos e eficientes. A decoração do hotel é linda, além de super novo. Só tenho uma sugestão a fazer, para um hotel desse nível o café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, ”

“Always lovely to stay here, staff are friendly. The rooms I’ve always stayed in have been tired, but clean enough. BEWARE, Don’t bother paying cash for the Tax de Sejour upon check out as you will then be charged AGAIN on your credit card you used for security upon check in. I’ve been contacting the hotel since I got back to the UK trying to get a refund, but 7 messages later and I still have not heard back from them. The only negative to an otherwise lovely annual visit.”

Rauhallisen hotellin ihanana kontrastina pieni kauppakäytävä aivan aulan oven ulkopuolella, joten palvelut (suksivuokraamo, hissiliput, ravintoloita, apteekki, kauppa ym.) aivan vieressä. Ski in, ski out. Hotellissa hyvä suksihuone. Hiihtokeskus loistava. ”

“I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE……

“Appartement très bien situé et bien pour une famille mais les lits superposés en bas dans un couloir non chauffé ce n’est pas terrible et d’autres parts , les interrupteurs à l’extérieur ( Wc Sdb etc ) et à l’opposé des pièces pas terrible non plus ”

“Stayed here for a week skiing location was excellent ski to door and from door to Olympique was great.breakfast was basic but did the job.”
