"DO NOT try to use this property. I booked them through Expedia for a last minute place to stay due to transportation cancellations and other issues. They refused entry to my group plus two others. When calling the number on the property description I confirmed before heading there, but when I got there they refused entry and stated THEY DO NOT ACCEPT Expedia reservations and that I needed to contact Expedia directly. "The room is great, but when the outside temperature is high, sleeping with the windows open is noisy, and the airco is noisy too."

"The flat is in very good condition and an ideal location. Check-in is easy but it is a flat for short term stays, not a hotel or B&B, the advertising is misleading."

"Great location. We were able to walk from the train station to the apartment. It is in the 6th floor and a little narrow stairs for carrying up a full sized suitcase. No AC but the window open was pretty good to cool the place at night. We had 3 bath towels but no hand towels. Great communication with the host. Instructions to get in and lock up were very clear. We would return. "

"Jean-Brice was a perfect host. His breakfast was made by himself and so delicious. He is a nice man. We had a room for two people with a shower and sink. The bathroom was across our room, but that wasn't bad at all. The district is great, close to the Eiffel Tower."
