Small recently renovated apartment, located at the entrance to the typical district of La Chaume and close to the marina (50 m), shops and restaurants (500 m). 400 meters from the smuggler for access to the main beach, this rental is ideal for reaching the city center without taking the car! On the 1st floor without lift, this accommodation includes an entrance with cupboard, a living room with fitted kitchen area (a 130 rapido sofa), a bedroom with a 160 bed, a shower room, separate WC and a private parking space on court.
EQUIPMENT: Fridge-freezer, 2 hotplates, combined oven-microwave, TV, parking. Pets not allowed - Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning (€50 + €1 per m²), linen rental (pair of sheets €18 and towel €10/pers) and WiFi box rental (€39/week). A cleaning deposit may be required.
