ROSE Vacances offers this studio apartment with a superb view of the marina at La Chaume.

This flat can accommodate up to 4 people (3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children).



Located on the ground floor of the Marina 1 residence, this studio offers all the comforts you need with a view of Port Olona!

Studio comprising a living room opening onto a loggia with a superb view of the marina, equipped with a sofa bed (140cm), a table and 4 chairs and a TV.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, microwave/oven combo, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.

Sleeping area with 90cm bunk beds, separate WC and bathroom with clawfoot bath, vanity unit with storage and heated towel rail.

For added convenience, you will have access to a free outdoor parking space just behind the residence.

Once you've parked your car, you can walk to everything!

Perfect for a great holiday just a stone's throw from the attractions of our beautiful town of Les Sables d'Olonne!

Séjour agréable bel environnement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous avons apprécié l'emplacement en général (vue sur le port, très proche de la mer et des navettes fluviales). Nous avons profité des nombreux emplacements de vélo électrique à un prix très abordable pour nous déplacer dans cette belle ville. Le tout sous un très beau soleil !
