Wunderschöne und ruhige Lage

Es liegt etwas außerhalb, ein Farzeug wird zwingend benötigt. Im Sommer ist es extrem warm und im Haus ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, Fenster sind ebenerdig und können über die nacht, wegen einbruchgefahr nicht geöffnet werden, da keine kipfunktion. Ansonsten ist die lage sehr ruhig und zum entspannen sehr geeignet, Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eine schöne und komplette Wohnung in ruhiger und schöner Umgebung. Das Haus liegt abseits der sehr touristischen Teile der Ardèche und der Fluss Chassezac ist ein verstecktes Juwel. Leider gab es eine unangenehme Überraschung in Form von Bettwanzen. Wenn man sich die Schalen in den örtlichen Apotheken ansieht, scheint das ein weit verbreitetes Problem zu sein.

La piscina privata è piaciuta molto ai bambini, e la terrazza era perfetta per le grigliate serali, La posizione è serena, circondata da bellissima natura, ma abbastanza vicina a Les Vans per fare shopping e cenare, Consiglio vivamente!

Compleet vakantiehuis met fijn zwembad en prachtige tuin en mooi uitzicht. Heel rustig gelegen, maar 10 autominuten van Les Vans, dus ook van bakkerij, supermarkt en restaurants. Huis voldoet aan alles, ondanks gelijkvloers genoeg ruimte voor groot gezin, fijne douche, apart toilet. Beheerder Jean-Pierre zeer vriendelijk maar alleen Franstalig. Enige minpuntje zijn de vele muggen, waardoor s avonds buiten zitten alleen kan met lange broek en andere muggen werende middelen.

Bonjour, A notre grande surprise, le logement n'était pas fort propre, d'ailleurs, suite à de nombreuses piqures et des démangeaisons que nous pensions être dû à des piqures de moustiques, il s'est avéré que c'était des punaises de lit ( visite chez le Docteur et le Pharmacien ) et ceci quelques jours avant notre départ. Le propriétaire a bien évacué les matelas, tapis, coussins etc. mais cela nous laisse quand-même un gout amer. Dommage car l'endroit était bien, au calme avec piscine. Au vu de ce gros problème ( à notre retour à la maison, nous avons dû tout lessiver et faire désinfecter ). Un geste commercial de votre part ne serait vraiment pas superflu. Bien à vous S. MENTEN

Aankomst was heel aangenaam,vriendelijke eigenaar. Accommodatie was heel verzorgd en proper. De tuin was niet onderhouden, eerder wat verwaarloosd. Komt totaal niet overeen met wat de foto's ons toonden. Hier en daar wat snoeiwerk zodat er terug zicht op het zwembad is, zou al veel aangenamer en mooier zijn en ook voor het terras zodat het zicht op de bergen perfect is. Veel last van muggen gehad ,dus men is gewaarschuwd !!!!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit vakantiehuis in Les Salelles! Het privézwembad was een hit bij de kinderen en we hebben genoten van de avonden op het terras, omringd door prachtige tuinen. Het huis was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, waardoor we ons er meteen thuis voelden. Bovendien, zo dicht bij Les Vans, konden we gemakkelijk de lokale winkels verkennen en een aantal heerlijke restaurants uitproberen. Een perfect uitje voor gezinnen, een echte aanrader!
