The lush garden extends over 80.000 sqm (20 acres) and is planted with native flowers, fruit trees and aromatic herbs.Proximity to the village also ensures that all essential amenities are close at hand, at a ten minutes walk including, restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, bakery, post office, bank, hairdressers, bus stop. The friendly owners live in a separate villa inside the property (50 meters from Villa Divertido) they are eager to offer you the finest services while granting your privacy.It is possible to have a 9th and 10th guest stay in the annex which has two twin beds, a small kitchen and full bath. It features a spacious living room with working fireplace, a large and superb kitchen equipped for the most ardent cook, and a dining area opening onto a shaded pergola for al fresco dining.
Upstairs, in the loft area above the living room, there is an additional open space /living area with pool table.

There is excellent hiking in the Valle Grande and elsewhere, and equally excellent golfing with 2 golf courses in the nearby ( 15 minutes driving ) and more than 7 within 40 minutes driving.
Tours in the area include Stresa, the Borromeo Islands, Brissago Islands, Arona, Villa Taranto (botanical gardens), and the Cannero Riviera. A 10 min drive gets you to the ferry launches in Belgirate, while the romantic Lake Orta with Isola S.Giulio is only at 15 min drive.
