Downstairs: living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 bed, lounge, washroom/WC, sauna (electric stove ), roofed terrace. Upstairs: hall extra double bed, 2 bedrooms each with double bed, other bedroom 2 beds, balcony. Cottage on plot on pine heathland, about 1 km from the camping site. Main road passes between cottage and sandy shore. Yard has fence (made of sloping poles) on side near road. In yard wooden shed and grill tepee (can be rented separately from campsite office). Area offers good fishing, berry picking, hiking and backpacking opportunities. Rowing boat can be rented from camping site.
Lake is clearwater type ideal for recreational fishing; salmonid fish stocked several times a year. Fishing licences and tackle available from camping site's office at cost.
Groups can book dugout shelter village, where rainbow trout pond with easily caught fish, sauna, dugouts for sleeping in.
Horse riding opportunities at Lassila riding stables 4 km away from cottage. Kinnula 11 km, Peuranpolku hiking trail 300 m, museum of local culture/crafts and Vihtori Storck’s atelier 9 km, Metsäpeuranmaa Visitor centre 1 km, Salamajärvi National Park 27 km.
