“The building was very clean and was nicely decorated/furnished. Staff were friendly. I don't wish to add a negative, but the advertised "heated pool" was actually "cold." It was a bummer, as my husband and I were celebrating our 23rd anniv. and haven't been swimming in ages. I mentioned it to the desk host; she said it's kept at a steady 85 degrees but that she would mention it to the maintenance department. The hotel is lovely overall. “Asked multiple times to get room cleaned and it never happened in a 3 night 4 day stay, had to call for towels. Pitt bosses are rude, rules are so strict it makes gambling no fun.. staff and dealers were nice for the most part but for what they charge on a room in a casino and not to clean it once is a little insane.. The gym is also pathetic for a resort. ”
