Access to everything!

Close to train, store, wine, shopping, shoreline, boat tours, bike and e-bike rentals, outstanding food. Couldn’t have come across a better location. Highly recommend.

Mariarita et Mauro nous ont réservé un acceuil dès plus agréable. L' appartement est situé tout près du centre de Levanto, idéal pour se rendre à la gare toute proche et au bateau 10 minutes à pied afin de visiter les Cinque Terre par la mer. Une superette à proximité est bien utile pour se ravitailler en cas de nécessité. Nous recommandons fortement cette location spacieuse d'un bon rapport qualité prix.

Levanto avec une plage de sable ! Diana et Bruno qui nous ont reçu étaient très gentils. Ils sont venu nous chercher à la gare et nous ont expliqué le fonctionnement de tous les appareils. Nous avions toutes les commodités, l'épicerie au coin de la rue, la gare à 5 minutes, la plage et le centre avec les magasins à 10 minutes. Tout ça à pied.

Kan varmt anbefales. Rigtig god lejlighed til prisen. Super beliggenhed. Tæt på tog, supermarkeder, restauranter, fin strand og ikke mindst Cinque Terre. Meget bedre at bo i Levanto. Der er intet af klage over.

Situation géographique idéale pour parcourir le parc national des cinque terre à pied ,en train ou par bateau. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire avec de très bons conseils et le plus le parking pour la voiture tout se fait a pied que du bonheur ......

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja dla chcących bezproblemowo poruszać się po Cinqe Terre. Do stacji kolejowej niecałe 10 min.spacerem,mniej więcej też tyle do plaży.Przez cały tydzień nie korzystaliśmy z samochodu.

molto soddisfatti da consigliare è stato un vero piacere soggiornare a casa Giulia, la signora Maria Rita che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo è stata molto gentile. la signora PARINI la proprietaria dell appartamanto ci ha offerto gentilmente un caffé. il signor Mauro per via mail ci ha seguito e consigliato fin dal principio per l appartamento . infine siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e consigliamo fortemente CASA GIULIA per chi vorrebbe trascorrere delle vacanze a LEVANTO per le CINQUE TERRE. L'appartamento è in centro a Levanto, posizione comodissima: il mercato coperto è sotto casa, un nuovo Conad a 50 metri, il bar per lo spritz a 30 metri, il mare sarà a 300 metri e ci si arriva a piedi in cinque minuti. L'appartamento è carino, c'è anche una terrazza comoda per stare al fresco la sera. La cucina è un po' piccola ma ben attrezzata, la camera è grande e anche il soggiorno, dove abbiamo usato il divano letto aggiuntivo che era comodo. Prezzo onesto, l'agenzia con cui abbiamo parlato è stata molto professionale e anche la signora che ci ha ricevuto. Molto consigliato. Luca P.

Great location and a well-equipped spacious apartment, in a great location, only 5 mins walk from the centre of Levanto and 5 mins from the train station. There is a supermarket at the end of the street and a fruit/vegetable and fish market next door. It comes with an off-street parking space. We didn't use the car once while we were there as the trains were so convenient and there we could do walks directly from Levanto. The apartment also has wi-fi. We were met directly at the apartment by Mariarita, who showed us around and was incredibly helpful during the stay. Plenty of room inside the apartment with a well-equipped kitchen (with a new-looking fridge and cooker), large bedroom, bathroom with washing machine and large living room with a sofa bed. Levanto itself is a great place to base yourself. It's really charming and has train links to the cinque terre, Portofino and Genoa.
