"PORTOVECCHIO"

6 apartments, in the old town of Levanto, 200 meters from the equipped beach.
Inside a century-old villa, all apartments have a private area for “al fresco” dining.

Four apartments for maximum 4 people; two apartments for maximum 5 people.
The three apartments on the ground floor ("Aragosta", "Razza", "Ziguela") have a small private garden, equipped with table, chairs and sunshade.
"Polpo" e "Totano" on the first floor have a terrace with table, chairs and sunshade.
Apartment “Sgombro” is on two levels, and it has a garden accessible with a flight of stairs.
All apartments have air conditioning, Wi-Fi and Smart TV.

Equipped kitchen, with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, and microwave (the “Totano” apartment only has a microwave: no traditional oven).
The apartments for 4 people have a bedroom with double bed, and a sofa bed in the kitchen/living room.
The apartments “Polpo” and “Sgombro” have a second bedroom, with two single beds.

Private parking inside the property, included in the price. Two charging points for electric vehicles.
Next to the parking, there is the laundry room with two washing machines, shared with the other guests.
