Fabulous Five Points Condo Just Minutes to Downtown Lewes

Beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo conveniently located East of Rte 1 in the Villages of Five Points. While you and your family will certainly enjoy the comfort of this Beach Retreat, you'll also be pleased to know that you're just a short ride to Downtown Lewes as well as both the Bay and Ocean Beaches. An oversized community pool is perfect for an evening dip after a relaxing day on the beach. Tennis courts, walking paths, several restaurants and shopping round out the community's amenities. Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee. ACH is also available for no additional fee.

We loved everything except thay there wasn't toilet paper. As soon as we arrived, we all had to pee and there wasnt any paper. That was the biggest disappointment. Everything else was amazing.

Unit in Excellent shape- comfortable master bed. Check-in process accommodating later in the day arrival. Convenient location (but about two miles to Lewes beach). Quiet community.
