Great hosts

Some of the best communication, accommodation and hospitality I’ve seen ever. Wonderful amenities. Clean and very well decorated. Location is central to everything we wanted to do. We loved our stay.

4th of July vacay

We really enjoyed this property! The location was perfect to get to everything in a short distance. We were very pleased with the communication with the owners. They thought of everything! We would highly recommend this property!

Hreat weekend getaway - close to everything

We were house hunting and needed a place to stay close to everything. Was perfect location. Clean condo. Had everything you would need in the kitchen and then some! On 3rd floor so keep that in mind if you have bad knees or handicapped but a great experience.

Great Getaway

Communication was amazing with the owner. Turnaround time was within the hour or less for every question we had. Very clean and easy to park, access, and get around. Pool options were close by and facilities there were clean as well. We'd use again in a heartbeat!

Great central location

I didn't realize until fter we arrived what a great central location it was. Close to grocery store, walk to great restaurant, short drive to Rehobeth, and even shorter drive to Lewes which was a new place to explore for me and I loved it's nature parks, bike trails, beach, and ferry. Loved the style, cleanliness, and ease and ammenities of the rental unit. Will be looking to come back again!

Last minute trip

The apartment is located close to Lewes Beach and walking trails. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Weis shopping center and restaurants, and there's even a bakery close by!! The apartment is beautiful and the hosts provided us with many great amenities, like coffee and shampoo/conditioner/shower soap. We loved that it has Google Assistant and we could play music in the apartment.

Most impressive

We had a wonderful stay! The place lived up to all the photos and descriptions. It was super clean and the hosts thought of everything to make your stay fantastic. I will definitely be a repeat visitor. The area is super nice and so close to everything. There are 2 pools and the community has 2 very nice restaurants. The community also has tennis courts. I could not have asked for a better place. The hosts were super nice and very responsive to all your questions and needs. I highly recommend this condo!!!

Last minute vacation

The property was well stocked by very considerate owners. Not sure if we missed something in the listing but we weren’t quite prepared for a third floor condo with no elevator. The grounds are immaculate and plenty of space for walking the dog. We would definitely stay in another condo owned by this couple.

We stayed in two different furnished FRB Inc. rentals for close to two months while our permanent home was being built. Our experience was positive and we highly recommend contacting this company when you need a short or long-term temporary place to stay in Lewes or Rehoboth Beach, DE. Owners are great people always available to answer questions and make your stay memorable. Top notch amenities. Close to shopping, restaurants, and Route 1 - the main Hwy. connecting the beach communities.

Lewes Condo

The property was very nice, comfortable and well provisioned. We found the location of Five Points Village to be less charming: big intersection surrounded by big box stores. The condo itself overlooked a parking lot, indeed the Village itself has a lot of asphalt. However, there was some green space to walk and several fountains and some outdoor restaurants. Close to downtown Lewes and Henlopen State Park which was convenient.

Low key condo close to everything

As advertised short drive to downtown lewes .state park and lewes Beach. Half hour to Rehoboth Beach. Bike path runs through the property. Can walk to pool.arena cafe.fishon restaurant. Diner and supermarket.central ac wifi and tv all work well.Screenporch was nice. Be advised it is a 3 floor walkup no elevator. Cooler and Beach chairs were crucial.

One of the best rentals ever

Fil and Rich's condo was impeccable. We were attracted by the amenities described and everything about the condo was perfect. While walking up 3 flights was tedious the unit was spotless. We appreciated the fully appointed kitchen. The furniture was comfortable. The location was convenient as we could walk to restaurants and stores. Fil checked in with us multiple times during our stay to ensure that we had not issues or concerns. Now, if only the weather had cooperated we would have had an ideal mini-vacation.

Everything you need

The property is situated in a great location, surrounded by a neighborhood but within walking distance to grocery stores, and restaurants. We chose it because it is pet friendly. I was able to walk my dog every day on the trail that surrounds the neighborhood and also did a 5 mile walk on the Georgetown- Lewes trail which was a really nice walk through some historic parts of the area. I watched a movie on my laptop and read a book on the patio to relax. My 3 year old niece was able to walk right across the street to use the playground which was convenient. The pool opened the day we left so we didn't get to try that. The condo has everything you could possibly need and everything is nicely decorated and in good condition, down to a rack with multiple kinds of spices, all the laundry essentials, towels, a business area with a desk and printer, etc. We had no issues at all and would definitely visit again!

Perfect place for extra space.

This rental was a perfect for a family gathering weekend. We had many family members in town for the weekend and our beach house was going to be crowded. We rented this property for us and another couple. It was the perfect place to escape to for some peace and quiet. Easy to get to many amenities, including the bike path and the Lewes Dart terminal which we used to avoid traffic going into Rehoboth. The property was exactly how it was described and the owners communicated clearly and answered all questions. We hope to rent again from Fil and Rich.

We really enjoyed our trip to this condo! Beautiful neighborhood and great for walking. We enjoyed the convenience of having a grocery store within walking distance too. The condo is very lovely with many homey touches! Will be back!

Great location and easy to drive 5-10 minutes to beaches. The pool on the property was very nice. It was great that we could bring our dog. The condo had numerous other dogs staying/living there.
