This elegant two-story home, complete with an unfinished basement, features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, providing ample space for family and friends.

The highlight of the property is the private saltwater pool, which boasts walk-in entry steps and captivating lighting, perfect for enjoying a swim day or night. The outdoor area is an entertainer’s dream, with a screened-in porch, BBQ for cooking up your favorite meals and a game of corn hole for some friendly competition.

First Floor:

Master Suite: Relax in the luxurious master bedroom suite, featuring a King bed, a desk for work or reading, a large dresser, two nightstands, and a suitcase stand. The ensuite bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, his and her vanities, and a separate water closet.

Guest Bedrooms: The first floor also offers three additional bedrooms for guests. One bedroom includes a Queen bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, while the other two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, share a bathroom equipped with two sinks, ample cabinet space, a bathtub, and a toilet. Each bedroom has access to closets, dressers, nightstands, and suitcase racks, with all rooms including televisions.

Living Spaces: The open floor plan features a spacious living room and an adjacent kitchen with a raised island and barstools. The dining area includes a coffee bar with a starter setup for your enjoyment. A sliding glass door leads to the screened-in porch with a patio table for dining or relaxing, which in turn opens up to the stunning saltwater pool and a large patio area with outdoor seating and lounge chairs.
