“The hotel is well situated right off I40. The breakfast is ok. Needs to have more of a variety and freshness. Like fresh eggs and fruit! Too many carbs for my taste. The elevator broke on the last day. Felt bad for housekeeping and the handicapped. Had an incident with front desk clerk that told us to keep our two year old grandson quiet because she could not concentrate. He was excited to see us but was not misbehaving. He’s only a baby!!!! She had the nerve to say that to us, but yet……

“Overall, it wasn't the worst stay but the place needs some maintenance. The rooms could use a good deep clean as well. Maintenance wise, loose electrical sockets, trim around floor falling off, fan in bathroom didn't work.
The cups for the coffee weren't wrapped, just Styrofoam cups.
The service was good and was a chill place overall. ”
