「We checked in and had an early departure the next day. In the middle of the night someone came into our room and were as surprised as we were. When I checked out the next morning, the front desk said that we were given the wrong room and that it was noted in their system that it wasn't clean. Although the beds appeared to be made, we don't know if the room had been cleaned or not.」

「Note -- the property was just finishing up a renovation so workers were still working on things around the building -- painting, carpet etc in the hallways. That being said, it was not cleaned up after the work. We had a bottle cap in the drain of our sink -- causing slow drainage. The tub and bathroom trim had dried spackle/filler on it -- like it had not been wiped/cleaned afterwards. They have no elevator and did accommodate me needing a first floor room due to mobility issues -- but I had to...
