「There was a person sleeping in the gazebo one morning when I left my room, I also checked in early and was charged an early check in fee for a room that was empty. I felt like that was something that could have been waived. Also my key cards didn’t work after the first day and when I went to get them fixed the front desk person asked me why I was given a room in the dungeon, I also had several people on my floor slamming doors and yelling in the hall way past midnight. 「WiFi connectivity is virtually nonexistent and dead bugs are commonplace. The reception was rude and begrudgingly assisted with an inoperative room key and assigned a room with twin beds as opposed to the king sized bed I requested. When I complained and requested a switch he tried to make excuses to not give me what I asked for but relented after a somewhat lengthy disagreement. The stay was uneventful afterwards but I will be staying elsewhere next time.」
