Jim, our host was very communicative. The rental was very nice, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and everything worked. We would highly recommend this property and stay again when we are in Lexington.

We had a wonderful time. The property was very clean. Mr. Ford had everything you would need at his property. He was kind and very efficient when I called to ask about something. The property was close for any shopping you might need. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this house for anyone to stay.

We had the most amazing stay at this property. The price point was reasonable and the pictures do not show how comfortable this home is. Mr. Ford was very responsive, accommodating and had a great sense of humor. I will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips!

Beautifully decorated home in a great quiet neighborhood minutes from restaurants and shopping center. Couldn’t ask for more and looking forward to staying here again in the fall!

Semi annual horse racing trip

We have stayed with this owner twice and every time the house is really clean and well equipped and Jim is the best host I’ve ever stayed with his communication is easy and prompt so if you are looking for a house in a nice quiet area with zero drama you can’t go wrong!

Graduation

We stayed here for graduation weekend. We had 3 couples. With there being 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it was perfect for us. We were able to hang out, relax, and visit. The property was clean and everything was nearby. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Great stay

This house is always clean and welcoming on arrival. The location is great with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We golfed every day of our stay and the area courses are in great shape and reasonably priced. We love it here and hope to return.

Girls' trip to KY Derby. This property is outstanding. Location, location, location. Condo was one of the cleanest I've seen. Very well appointed and close to all things Lexington. Owner Jim was more than accommodating and accessible. Highly recommend.

Great Lexington Stay

We attended an event at Kentucky Horse Park and stayed at this great VRBO. Very clean, well equipped and amazing communication from the host. House and beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend for your stays in Lexington
