Mattress was terrible. It was completely shot with loud spring noises when you moved at all. Black mold in bathroom ceiling. Good location and staff. Sedona Tap was a nice bar/restaurant on property

My only complaint about this hotel was that my room was near the convention center, and there was a wedding that weekend. After the wedding, the guest became very loud and rowdy going down the hall, actually had someone try to get in my room by mistake.

All staff was very helpful and nice and polite. Love small bar feel plus a tap house on the property. Pool is nice and big. Loved the hot tub and dry sauna.

Check in was quick and the staff was very helpful and nice. Our room was not connected to the main building so having to reload and drive around to the other section was not the best. Once inside the building, you can tell the structure is older and probably needs an update. The room was fairly clean but the heating and cooling system was pretty old and barely worked. I must say the breakfast in the morning was delicious with many options.

Well I booked a room and had a confirmation # and when I arrived I was told I didn’t have a room. But I was still charged for the room like I stayed there. So my expectations of this place isn’t good.

Staff at check-in was very helpful - not sure of her name - she was on-duty around 9pm on Monday July 13. Very personable - gave us lots of good information. Interacted so nicely with my granddaughter!

I think this room might be cheaper if you book directly. We love this place. We don't always have time to take advantage of all it offers but this time we tried the restaurant, and it was fabulous. Somehow we ended up with a king bed in a handicapped room so I get the feeling we somehow paid for their highest priced room when there were lots of other rooms open. Easy stress free stay and lots of activities if you have time to take advantage of it.

We stayed just 1 night. The room looked a little tired but it was clean and quiet. What stood out to us was the Sedona Taphouse which was attached to the facility. I don't think it is the same owner, but it seemed very popular for a Tuesday night.
