Lexington Hotel with Pool

"When we arrived the lady at the next we friendly. It took a while to get checked in because of computer problems. Once i was given my room key my husband and i headed to our room. Immediately after entering our room i headed back downstairs ro have our room moved. There was a pest spray bottle left in the hotel room and the smell of Marijuana from people smoking in the room right next to us was ridiculous. I was in rhe room for like 3 minites if that. I snapped a quick picture of the bottle of pesticides went downstairs and the lady changed us room but as i was coming down stairs she was walking aways talking on herself about some appearent drama going on with people she knew the was evident by the context of the call. She dissappear for a bout 5 minutes leaving the lobby unattended."

"Everything was just right. There was one hiccup with our first room. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned, but we were given a different room immediately. The paintings are a wonderful addition, considering I purchased one! I enjoyed the restaurant FOOD, the pool and hot tub, as well as the pricey, but fabulous spa!!"

"We’ve stayed here before, and always have had a good experience. However, this time we were looking forward to bringing the kids to the pool, only to find that there was a massive swim lesson taking over the whole pool. Had we been notified by the front desk when we checked in that there was a swim lesson going on, we could have changed the timing of our plans. When we arrived to the pool, we were told by the instructors that we could only utilize a small section of the pool, most of which was the deeper end, and not appropriate for my young children to use. We are local residents, and specifically spent the night here to give the kids a fun hotel-pool getaway. We only stayed in the pool for about 10 minutes before we were so frustrated we left. Very disappointing experience, and I’m not sure we’ll stay again for this reason."

"This was the perfect solution to a 12 hour layover, great staff excellent amenities and the shuttle takes you to and from the airport Just perfect"

"Room was clean however there was not a microwave in the room. I should have checked the amenities in the room however I have never seen a hotel that didn't have microwaves. The TV was not a smart TV so we couldn't connect our phones to watch Netflix. Other higher end hotels have had those. We were getting ready to check out 30min before checkout time and one of the housekeepers came into our room without knocking and walked in while my youngest daughter was getting dressed. I will NEVER be staying here again! Highly disappointed about this stay!"

"The afternoon/evening front desk staff (the young girl with colorful dyed hair) was very unprofessional and rude. When we checked in, she was just lounging on the guest couch in front of the front desk with her phone, she looked like we were inconvenience her for checking in, not pleasant at all. When we came back to ask another question she was just dismissed us. The same thing two days after when we asked for fresh towels since the housekeeping couldn’t clean the room because my husband is still in the room working, but it was totally our fault so its fine. But the front desk the same girl was very rude about giving us fresh towels and also for asking water bottle she said we should pay for the water, but finally she reluctantly gave us 2 bottled water. "

"The staff was very nice and cordial. The shower head was leaking and replaced immediately upon notification to the front desk. The breakfast attendant/cook was on top of the cleanliness and orderliness of the eating area. She made sure to promptly refill any items running low. Housekeeping was very thorough and the room immaculate. Can’t say enough good things about this property "
