JW’s Loft is a 2 level, 1 bedroom with loft, 1 full bath property with room for 4 people to sleep comfortably. The split level floor plan offers a large kitchen, breakfast nook, full bathroom, Washer, Dyer and large Living Room on the first floor. The second floor offers a spacious loft with 2 Twin beds and a closed queen sized bedroom with large guest closet.

Wonderful covered front porch, large back deck with grill and spacious back yard offer tons of outdoor entertaining. Picket fence enclosure is perfect for letting your pet off the leash to run around.Off street parking for 1 vehicle is provided behind the house. Plenty of street parking in front of the property. Kathy’s Place is ideal for UK sporting events, Keeneland Races, Horse Park Eventing, and Lexington`s Town Branch is on the Official Bourbon Trail.

The neighborhood surrounding JW’s Loft is absolutely lovely and very community and locally driven. Walking around the area is inspiring; the architecture and preservation is beautiful! Located a block from Ashland: Henry Clay`s Estate which was established in 1811 and is a beautiful preserve of historic property and nature. Tons of shopping, restaurants and bars in Chevy Chase, Downtown and the Warehouse Block. Grocery, liquor store, drug store all within a mile. Lextran picks up nearby and has frequent scheduled runs to downtown and Keeneland Race Track. Location is about an $8 Uber/Lyft to downtown/Rupp Arena.

Guest must notify us if they have a pet and provide details. Please note that only dogs are allowed and there is a 2 dog maximum under 40 pounds . A pet fee of $150 for one pet and $200 for 2 pets are required at check in. Pet Fee will be added at the time of booking. This is a short term rental so please make arrangement for your mail or set up a PO Box. We can`t be responsible for mail delivery. Any mail or packages that arrives after your stay will be marked `return to sender` or notify the delivery service to pick up the package.
