Overall the room was clean, but it was very worn. The lamps had rust on it, the shower rod was dangling, the linens looked very old, the furnitur was outdated. I did love the large picture above the bed though.

It took 45 minutes for the clerk to get me checked in with an online reservation. After finally getting to the room the entire bed set was stained with piss. Went to the desk to ask for new bed set and the clerk let me know he wasn’t housekeeping! I simply just wanted the sheets to change myself. It took him 15 minutes to get these and didn’t even get the right size. The breakfast they offer is waffles and store bought boiled eggs, the coffee and juice are flavored water. The bathrooms are molded and housekeeping does a piss poor job cleaning.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were very pleasant and personable. I stayed an extra night because it was very relaxing. The breakfast was good but I was hoping for scrambled eggs and fresh fruit but the waffles were good. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Had a good stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Building is a little older but still okay. AC was quiet and worked well. Breakfast was lacking. No toast bread, no muffins. Just cereal w milk, waffles, yogurt, and a heated container with biscuits and white gravy. Coffee was great with adjustable strength, but let go of the button when the cup is a little over 1/2 full, or it will overflow. Location is great, a lot of places to eat were very close by, less than 5 minutes walking.

Staff was SUPER helpful! Beds were comfy with nice clean crisp sheets. Room was very clean but needed some minor cosmetic repairs. Everything worked well. Location was great with lots of restaurants near by. Breakfast was adequate with boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal and milk, yogurt. Price was certainly a plus!

Check-in was easy, staff was friendly and polite. However, the property outside was unkept. I understand that it rained a lot however, the landscape needed grooming and there was trash all over the parking lot. The soda machine on the second floor leaked and was empty. My room was tidy, however I kept finding long black hairs in the shower behind the toilet and on the toilet seat. Definitely tracked and sand and grit from the hallway into your room as well. Would’ve liked to have had a bigger TV than a 32 inch. The price was decent for a short stay and with pets. Definitely needs a refresh.
