The chalet spans an area of 150 square meters and features a spacious 5-room layout with a south-facing position, ensuring ample natural light throughout the property. The main level comprises a bright living/dining room equipped with a Scandinavian wood stove, cable TV, radio, and CD player, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. This area leads out to the garden and a balcony, allowing you to seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/shower/WC, and cable TV, providing comfort and convenience. This room also offers access to the balcony.

The open kitchen is well-appointed with modern amenities, including an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill. For your convenience, a cooking island and a fondue set (cheese) are also provided. A separate WC is available on this level for added privacy. On the lower ground floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a terrace. There is also a shower/WC on this level. Lastly, the top floor features an open gallery with sloping ceilings and two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), offering a cozy and unique sleeping area.
