The views from my room were incredibly. The staff lady is amazing and she really tries to go above and beyond. You make your own breakfast, but there's lots of things in the fridge for you to make. You are in the middle of Bellagio and Como which I really enjoyed visiting. I would recommend this place, but try getting the room with the view.

Fantastic

I travelled to Italy with my Fiance, we rented a car and drove to Lezzano. We were greeted as we arrived by Giusy and taken to our apartment, her English was good and we had no trouble communicating. My first impression of the apartment were of how clean it was, Giusy has great pride in her establishment. Our fridge was was nicely stocked with Juice, eggs, cheese, sausages and yoghurt and still water. There were also bread, croissants, biscuits and pastries as well as tea and coffee. The apartment offered everything, hair dryer, iron, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, coffee perculator, you name it and it was all refreshed every day. Each evening we sat out on the secluded garden and enjoyed the views in absolute peace with a glass of local wine. The B&B is situated between Ballagio and Como, there was too much for is to do in the 3 days we were there. We are already making plans for a return trip next year. Thank you Giusy for a lovely stay, see you next year.

Quiet spot on Como

We spent 2 nights at Soata Sul Largo. The location is fairly convenient near the shop, bus stop and a cafe. It is a 15min walk along a pavement-less road the small centre of Lezzeno and Hotel Aurora. The bus to Bellagio was quick and easy. We enjoyed the self service breakfast on the small patio and added a few items to the items provided. Guisy was a helpful & friendly host.

Boende i fantastisk omgivning

Bra boende. Underbara omgivningar. Härligt att sitta på den lilla uteplatsen och titta ut över sjön. Fin liten badplats i närheten för härliga bad i sjön. Mysig restaurang i byn fanns också. Kanske något torftig frukost, men den funkar. Vi skulle gärna komma tillbaka hit igen.

Séjour très agréable. Accueil chaleureux de Giusy. Chambre et salle de bain vastes et confortables avec possibilité de bénéficier d'une cuisine et salle de séjour fonctionnelles et agréables. Vue magnifique sur le lac depuis la chambre et la salle commune. Petit jardin sympathique côté lac pour se reposer. Préférer la location de la chambre coté lac avec salle de bain privée pour plus de calme.Si location de la 2ème chambre concomitante en plus (3 couchages) l'appartement complet est à disposition (soit 5 couchages, 2 salles de bains, cuisine et salle)

Beautiful room with a great view!

The bed & breakfast seemed new & was in excellent condition. We had the room at the back with a fantastic view of lake Como. Breakfast was left in the shared lounge area & we helped ourselves which suited us perfectly. The town was small with a few great restaurants (although you have to walk on the road to get to them).

Nice budget option outside the main towns

Simple and functional studio, with 4 beds folding into the walls. Spacious, excellent firm bed, and with good kitchen. You cook your own breakfast with some ingredients ready in the room, but we were sorry we didn't go shopping for fruit and veg before coming in (nearest supermarket is 30-40 minutes away). Probably good budget option for families, not a place to get pampered. Lake view from the outside terrace, but house is located on the road so there is noise.

Übernachtung am Comer See

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren neu und sauber eingerichtet. Vor der Haustür ist eine kleine Terrasse, direkt an der Straße aber mit Seeblick. Die Straße, die direkt am Schlafzimmer vorbei führt, ist Tag und Nacht befahren. Nichts für Lärmempfindliche!

Lake Como/Bellagio

This is a small (2-3 bedrooms) B&B. Nicely located for day trips around Lake Como, particularly for Bellagio. If you get the room with the view and the bathroom inside the room it would undoubtedly be a perfect stay (the views of the lake from the B&B are breathtaking). The other room in the main level is not that comfortable -bathroom outside the room through the common area. You can cook in the shared kitchen, which is very well equipped. Owner is very nice and attentive. It has parking, which is a must for this area of narrow streets.

point de chute intéressant pour dormir sue le lac de come, embarcadère à 10 mn à pied, très pratique, mais studio sur la route et terrasse aussi , donc du bruit. nous avons seulement mangé et dormi, la journée en balade, c'était bien, mais pour rester la journée trop bruyant.

Wonderful hospitality great place to stay

Giusey is an amazing host nothing was too much trouble. She made sure we had all the information necessary to tour the area using local buses and walking. Our room was beautiful overlooking Lake Como, it was spacious and spotlessly clean. Perfect place to use as a base for touring the surrounding area.

Pragtfuld udsigt og super hyggeligt sted.

Skønt sted, pragtfuld udsigt - god morgenmad. Opholdsstue/køkken deles med andet værelse, men eget badeværelse. Fungerer rigtig godt med børn. Sød vært, lidt svært at finde stedet, men egen smal parkering og lille terasse. Varmt da uden a/c men ok.
