While the hotel is currently undergoing renovations and there is noticeable work in progress throughout the property, it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. The true highlight of my stay was the staff—exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and warmth made a real difference. Very large investment made here to modernize this hotel: bathrooms new with strong pressure and hot water plentiful, comfortable beds and bedding. Restaurant and bar service with actual edible cuisine, (well, food) and espresso. Decor is pretty spartan though, merely functional. Staff and management is responsive and professional. 「A good hotel with excellent and very helpful staff. Has all the amenities a traveler visiting Liberia would appreciate, including consistent water and electricity supply, hot water showering, continental breakfast, CNN news, spacious rooms, etc. The only downside is the lack of an elevator system in the whole building. If you can't climb stairs, this facility is not for you.」
