「The hotel was undergoing renovation. If I had known that I would have stayed at another hotel. Not to know this at the time of reservations was not just. To charge full price for a less than fully ready facility was not just. The elevator was broken. All three guests were 75 and over and no offer was made to assist us in getting to the second floor or placing us on the second floor. The room was musty. WiFi was of very low quality and practically unusable.」

「Room was pretty clean」

「First was given a room that someone was in. Thank goodness they were sleeping. I paid for a room that had a kitchen in it. They didn’t have any plates, pots or utensils. The only thing they had was a coffee pot. Not sure why I was charged extra for this room. It was advertised they would have free breakfast but was told that they no longer have breakfast.」
