There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Clean room, friendly staff, and close to main area of the city. 10 mins walk from central train station. Everything was expected as described in Expedia. Wifi does need improvement. Signal was ok late night and day time when no one was using. However, it was extremely slow and occasionally no connection during morning and evening."
