「When our reservation was booked, on the phone through Expedia I was advised we would be on the 2nd floor. I asked if there was a ground floor room, the agent advised no, the hotel is busy. When we arrived to check in, I asked my husband to check if there was a room available on the ground floor, low and be hold the attendant was able to accommodate us. I was very happy as I have Mutiple Sclerosis, and not stable. We were able to park in front of our room, which helped unloading our car, and...

「Really cool concept and decor is amazing. Room was large and very different from a standard hotel. Amenities were great, breakfast was different but good variety. Planned another visit while we were there to explore another theme room.」

「Our experience at Omstead’s on Erie was amazing, my friend, daughter and I are still talking about it. First off, the home was so well decorated, every carefully selected item has a story and the stories were amazing, all this with a great view of Lake Erie. Margo and Keith are great hosts, they provided us with many great local recommendations for dinner and Margo treated us to locally sourced fancy breakfasts. We will definitely be going back!」

「Nobody there , owner was at the Mosk , reach him at 10h30 , answer ; I'll be there in 2 minutes ...13 minutes later he arrives after sending somebody to double check enter the room at 11h pm 88 degres inside , bed very uncomfortable . Didn't sleep much and left the motel at 6ham . Worst experience ever would ask for full refund. Lost of money clearly.」
