「The front desk VERY MUCH DISLIKES people renting from owners. They refused to give us pool towels, made it clear that if we needed anything we had to reach out to the owner, NOT THEM and they would not be cleaning or providing anything. The listing said 2 king beds, it was a very small queen and a king. When I reached out to find out if we were in the wrong room, I was told it was the right room with a king and a queen.
